Hi, I’m Casey Pittman.

A smiling woman with blonde hair, wearing a cream-colored jacket, black top, and blue jeans, standing in a bright, modern home interior.

Hello and welcome to the page that gives you the inside scoop into who I am and why I might be the Realtor you’ve been looking for.

There are many ways to be a successful Realtor but, for me, it’s all about the people. Yes, contracts, inspections, appraisals and closing dates are all very important steps in the process but all of that can be pretty simple if you have a good foundation. What is a good foundation when it comes to a person? It’s you. It’s me. It’s how we work together! I am a people person at heart and want to know all the details of your home buying journey. So, starting off, we will discuss a little bit about who you are, where you live, what you like and dislike about your house, what you want in your next house and what will make you feel like you “won” when we are sitting at the closing table. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions you will make and I know it can be very emotional. I understand this first-hand as I have personally bought and sold four houses for my family. Knowing how it feels, my goal is to guide you through the process with confidence, clarity, and steady support every step of the way!

Clear communication and thoughtful guidance are at the heart of how I serve my clients. Whether we’re reviewing offers, attending inspections, walking through your home one last time, or sitting together at the closing table, you’ll always feel informed, prepared, guided and fully involved. No surprises. No pressure. Just honest advice from someone who cares about you. After all, when you work with me you become part of my real estate family and that doesn’t just end when the papers are signed.

Whether you are buying or selling, I can’t wait to help you feel home.

I would love to work with you but, I think it’s only fair you know a little bit more about me before you commit to work along side me for several months, right?

First and foremost, my husband is my best friend. I know that sounds cliche but he truly is. He is always the first person encouraging me to take a leap of faith, my sounding board, my calm and steady, my protector, my handy-man who can literally build/fix anything, my comedian and by far my favorite travel partner.

We got married in 2021 and built our home in 2022. While building, I had two requirements for the new home. 1. Chickens. 2. Hot Tub. He had one requirement- a shed for his motorcycles and tractors. I’m happy to report we can relax in our hot tub and watch our six chickens and one rooster roam about the yard. My husband truly makes everything possible-including the shed he built which partly doubles as a chicken coop. Life is all about compromise and he makes it pretty easy!

We have two beautiful children that always keep us on our toes. They are both the sweetest little things that are outgoing, adventurous, happy and kind. We are either playing tractors and race cars and watching Paw Patrol or we are doing skin care routines and yelling loudly, R-A-M-S as our daughter cheers her way to UCA Nationals! I wouldn’t trade it for anything!

When I am not playing the role of wife, mom or Realtor, you can find me planning a wedding with The Moment By Casey, cuddled up in a chair reading a good book, finding a cute coffee shop with an excellent lavender latte, catching up with friends, perusing antique shops to find the next perfect addition to the office, working in the garden, planting flowers, baking or planning our next vacation.

All of these things make up who I am and what make me feel home.

Now, let’s find that cute coffee shop together and chat real estate!
